Once you have reviewed your schedule and the Course Catalog, if there are any changes you would like to request or classes you need to add please submit those using this Google Form. Reminder these are only requests and your School Counselor would need to approve any final changes. When filling out the form please indicate which course you DO NOT WANT and the NEW course you would like to request. You have until Thursday, August 20 to make any requests to your schedule.

You do not need to fill out all portions of this form, only fill out the courses you want to change.

**Each student is required to have a minimum of the following core classes:

1 Math
1 Science
.5 Social Studies

10th and 11th Grade:
1 English
1 Math
1 Science
1 Social Studies

12th Grade:
