In participating with the Team Mascoutah Baseball Tryout, I understand that baseball is an inherently dangerous sport and activity, and that in our participation while competing in tryouts, games, practicing, or traveling to the such destinations, such participation shall be at our own risk. I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, do hereby release and hold harmless Team Mascoutah, its employees and / or coaches, agent representatives, directors, officers, shareholders, successors, transfer and assigns, as well as field venues, their owners, and hosts of tournaments from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, judgments, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, including, without limitation, any damages resulting from all acts of activity of active passive negligence on the part of Team Mascoutah. *
