Once again we plan on offering the Jumpstart Summer Learning Camp with bussing.  Our summer program is geared towards helping students review skills and prepare for the next school year.   Please consider the needs of your children and family as you decide whether summer learning is a good match for you.   You MUST be attending Fairborn City Schools (21-22 & 22-23) to attend the Summer Jumpstart Learning Camp.  Space in the summer program will depend on the availability of staff.  You will be notified of acceptance into the summer program in early June.
 
The  Jumpstart Summer Learning  Camp is a THREE-week program for Fairborn Primary, Fairborn Intermediate and Baker Middle School students, starting on July 11, 2022 and ending on July 29, 2022.  The plan is for a half day program approximately between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  The exact times will be determined as we see enrollment numbers and work with bussing times.  If you are interested in having your child participate in this summer learning opportunity please register your child by May 1, 2022 by completing this form.  Confirmation will be sent out in early June with additional details on times and planned activities.

K-5 at FPS ** The student must have completed K in order to enroll.
6-8 at BMS
EL all grades at FPS

The summer JUMPSTART Learning Camp is a three part program.  First, it will include opportunities for students to engage with grade level peers for community circle and support their well being as we transition through the summer to return in the fall.  This opening activity is geared at helping students recognize and learn to handle their own social emotional needs and communicate with peers.  The opening activity will be followed by skill lessons in reading and math.  Following this, students will have opportunities for some themed based activities.  Currently themed project based activities are being planned for the summer camps.  

The availability of the summer options will depend on student enrollment. We highly encourage everyone that is interested to enroll immediately or before the closing day of May 1, 2022.

You will need to register each student separately for summer camps.  FHS has it's own Summer Credit Recovery- 5th Quarter Registration form.
