Swan Lake Party Registration
*For gatherings of more than 5 guests (large parties), this form must be used in order to apply for event approval from management. Requests for parties must be made at least one week in advance of the date in which the party is to be held. Parties can have no more than 20 guests and a maximum of two large parties will be permitted at the pool per day. 

*One party may occur at a time and will take place in the designated party space under a tented area with tables and benches. Party 1 occurs 11am-3pm; Party 2 occurs 4pm-8pm. 

*No additional guests beyond those listed on the form are permitted, only the guests listed on this form will be permitted to enter the grounds. The guest fee is $5 per guest and there will only be a charge for the guests physically present on the day of the party.

**At the completion of your party, to pay for your guests, we will first use any guest passes on your account, and then charge $5 for any additional guests, up to 20.**

*Parties will be charged a fee of $25, to be paid through Membersplash, once your party is approved.
Note: Current members, that are guests of the party, should not be included in the total count. They may use their membership to gain entrance to the party (no additional guest charge).

*The approval of large parties is at the sole discretion of the pool management team.
