Thank you for your interest in applying to AAE1 2025 (Atlantic Adventure Experience) - a UWC Atlantic summer education programme. AAE is an immersive programme of outdoor adventure that brings together young people with the same passion and to experience the UWC Atlantic adventures of today.
COURSE DETAILS
- The course will be held at UWC Atlantic, from Saturday 12th - Saturday 19th July 2025
- The course is for 15-17 year olds
- The programme is limited to 40 participants
- Applications are accepted on a first to apply basis.
APPLICATION FORM
This form is predominantly made up of the following sections and must be completed by the parent/guardian (with support from the participants when required):

- Parent/Guardian form
- Participant medical/additional needs form
Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete the application, please note you cannot leave the form and save your progress. Confirmation details will be sent to all 3 contacts, however the invoice will only be sent to the primary parent/guardian.
Please ensure that you complete all of the information and provide further details where necessary. If any of the information on this form changes prior to the start of the programme, it is your responsibility to inform us of the changes as soon as possible.
COURSE FEES
The course fee for AAE 2025 is £1,350 GBP per person and includes:
- all programme fees
- activities
- accommodation and catering costs
- optional set time transfer to/from North Meeting Point Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport (please see course pack for further details) .
The fee does not include flights, (optional) participant spending money, visa fees or travel costs outside of the transfers/activities.
A £100GBP discount is available for repeat bookers who attended a previous AAE course.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer scholarships for AAE. Please only apply if you are able to cover the full costs for the AAE programme. You must be able to attend the full programme.
