(05) By submitting your child's information, you agree to receive communication from Olele® regarding the Olele® Birthday Calendar and related promotions or offers. (06) Olele® reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is deemed inappropriate. (07) Olele® does not guarantee that all submissions will be included in the Olele® Birthday Calendar or will get our tailor-made birthday deals / discounts / freebies. (08) Olele® is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Olele® Birthday Calendar, or for any consequences arising from the use or reliance upon the information contained therein.
