SHIPPING & PROCEDURES: All sunglasses are brand new and will be shipped via UPS from Atlanta, GA within two to four weeks of receiving your order. If for any reason, your shipment will take longer than four weeks, the sunglass vendor representative will reach out to you directly and inform you of the status. In the unlikely event of your sunglasses having a factory defect or damage upon arrival, please contact Aaron Anderson WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DELIVERY at (310) 697-2299 to arrange replacement. All sunglasses distributed have at least a 1-year manufacturer’s defect warranty. All warranty claims/issues beyond the two week period after delivery time are handled between you and the sunglasses manufacturer. Upon request, necessary proof of purchase documentation needed to complete a warranty claim will be provided. (OPTIONAL) PROPER FIT: Once you receive your selections, if you are unsatisfied with the fit, please notify the sunglasses vendor by email at info@select-shades.com and we will work with you to exchange your initial selection with a second selection.
