Poster Request
The Collaboratory accepts online requests for our Canon imagePrograf TA-20 poster printer. There are two parts to submitting a request: fill out this form and then email your image file to wplcollaboratory@gmail.com.  

Current poster printer guidelines:
• Poster printing costs $3 per linear foot for indoor-only paper and $4 per linear foot for weather-resistant paper. The width of poster paper is 24 inches.
• Your image file should have a resolution of 300 dpi or greater (more is better).
• Your image file should be in one of the following formats: PDF, EPS, or TIFF
• Collaboratory staff will not make any edits to your file, so please proofread carefully.
• We accept only one online request for poster printing at a time. If you need to print multiple files or multiple copies, please visit the Collaboratory during full-service hours.
• You must email the image file of your job to wplcollaboratory@gmail.com.

There are no guaranteed completion dates. Jobs will be run in the order they are received, and we are unable to accommodate requests to complete your job by a particular date.

Completed jobs may be picked up in the Collaboratory. Payment is accepted via credit card through our web site or by cash or check. Staff will follow up with details after your job is completed.
