Laboratory Medicine & Pathobiology Ambassador Program
The LMP Student Ambassador Program is launching to support and empower incoming LMP students, giving them valuable transferable skills and leadership opportunities. Student Ambassadors leverage their personal experiences and expertise of graduate school to help newly accepted students connect to the community and discover the ins and outs of the first year of the LMP program.

This connection involves fun, meaningful interactions, positive communication, support, and an exchange of perspective about the LMP experience. Accepted students will experience the close-knit community of this department, while Ambassadors will have the opportunity to develop their leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

Willingness to communicate, on a monthly or more basis, with a newly accepted graduate student in LMP over an 8 month period. Remember experience is the best teacher, although we ask for a consistent effort over an 8-month timeframe, we encourage you to continue acting as a mentor over the course of your career.
