I have followed all withdrawal periods for medication used, have practiced good animal husbandry, and it has been ethically and humanly cared for.

I have kept records of all medication dispensed, vaccines administered and veterinarian visits since I began ownership of this/these animals

I have read and understand the ethics policy covered in the Branch County Fair book (found in the general livestock rules section) and I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations put in place by The Branch County Fair Board.
