As an HKQA member, you can receive updates from HKQA, vote in General Meetings, and take part in the Biennial Election this year.

The membership fee is HK$50. Membership runs till 31 August 2021.

One would be deemed an HKQA individual member only when he or she has filled out this form AND paid the relevant membership fee. Please pay Ryan Yongmanvong, our Treasurer, by depositing the membership fee to his bank account (Standard Chartered Bank: 003-41386999830; A/C name: Yongmanvong Chaimongklun). If you want to pay by other methods, e.g., PayMe, please contact us.

HKQA reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant and to terminate membership of an existing individual member.

The above terms and conditions are subject to amendment by HKQA. We will send notice of amendments to you in advance.
