Tuition Fees, Registration Fees and Acceptable Forms of Payment

Private Lessons: Monthly tuition due at the first of every month, if payment not received by 1st of the month, your swimmer will lose their time slot(s).

  30 Minute Private Lesson: $45.00, per swimmer, per half hour lesson.  

“Toddler 20” Private lesson: $35.00, per swimmer, per 20 minute lesson.

Baby 10 minute Lesson: $25.00 , per swimmer, per 10 minute lesson.  

No-Show Fee of Scheduled Private/Semi-Private Lesson: $45.00 per swimmer/per lesson.

Rescheduling fee: $10.00 per lesson.


Group Lessons: First come first served. Your swimmer is not guaranteed until group lesson session tuition is received and your swimmer is fully registered online including appropriate forms and waivers.  

Group Lesson Session: $110.00 per swimmer, per session. (Group Session consists of 8/30 minute lessons)

 Swim Camp: 5-10 year olds: $190.00

Swim Camp: 11 years old -17 years old:$220.00

 2023 Annual Family Registration Fee: $10.00 non-refundable

No-Show Fee of Scheduled Private/Semi-Private Lesson: $45.00 per swimmer/per lesson.

Rescheduling fee: $10.00 per lesson.

 

Acceptable Forms of Payment: Zelle, Cash or Check, please.   Checks made payable: Water Fit Aquatics

Group Lessons and Private Lessons:

PRIVATE LESSONS:  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

Cancellation Fee:   Once your schedule is set, ANY cancellations of scheduled private lesson(s) will be charged a $20.00 per lesson cancellation fee. All cancellations must be emailed to WFA and with 72 hours notice. With 72 hours notice, You are able to reschedule your lesson. If less than 72 hours notice is given you are unable to reschedule lesson. 

No Shows: If you are a NO SHOW for a scheduled lesson you will forfeit the full prepaid lesson fee

Late to Lesson: If responsible party/swimmers are late to scheduled lesson, unfortunately you will forfeit the lost time. 

Private Lessons, Vacation Hold Fee: If you will be going on vacation, please inform WFA staff via email. WFA requires two weeks notice for vacation holds. There is a $20.00 per lesson hold fee, max one week. If you will be gone longer than one week and would like to hold your lesson spot, full lesson payment is required thereafter. Missed lessons are not able to be rescheduled

Refunds are issued at Water Fit Aquatics discrepancy. Water Fit Aquatics has the right to refuse service. As a rule of thumb, when the outside weather conditions are not conducive to a proper teaching environment (heavy rain, lightening, thunder, air temp below 60 degrees or water temperature below 78 degrees) lessons may be canceled and rescheduled by WFA staff. 

GROUP LESSONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

Cancellations/ Late/ Refunds: Cancellation of group lesson session requires a FIVE day written notice via email to Water Fit Aquatics before first lesson date. If less than FIVE days notice or NO notice is given to cancel group session, responsible party/swimmer will forfeit any and all pre-paid lesson fees.  If responsible party/swimmers are late to scheduled lesson, unfortunately you will forfeit the lost time. There are no Make-Ups for missed lessons. Refunds are issued at Water Fit Aquatics discrepancy. Water Fit Aquatics has the right to refuse service. I, the participant in said activity, do hereby affirm and acknowledge the inherent hazards and risks associated with water activities including being exposed to COVID-19. This facility is being used by others, and I fully understand that myself/children/spouse/guests/relatives and personal representatives are at higher risk of contracting COVID-19. I fully understand that these risks include, but not limited to severe injury and even death.

I HEREBY acknowledge for the participant named above, myself, and another other persons affiliated with myself: SWIMMING IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY and involves risks of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.

I HEREBY RELEASE WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND AGREE NOT TO SUE Water Fit Aquatics, Water Fit Aquatics staff, Vista Murrieta High School, Vista Murrieta High School staff, Murrieta Unified School District, Murrieta Unified School District staff, its facility, or any instructors, agents or employees (the Releasees) from all liability resulting in any loss or damage, and any claim or demand therefore on account of injury to my person or property or resulting in my death, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation in said water activities, or other related operations that may occur, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise.

 I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, now and forever, arising out , or related to participation in said activities, swimming, or other related operations, whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether cause by the negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise.

I HEREBY acknowledge that INJURIES RECIEBED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLENGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES and agree that this Waiver of Claims, Express Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by Releasees, INCLUDING NEGLEGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of California, in which the activities are conducted.

I EXPRESSLY agree to INDEMNIFY, SAVE and HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur, now and forever, arising from, out of, or related to swimming, or participation in said water activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise.

 If any provision of this document is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be served from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be constructed as though the unenforceable provision had never been contained in this document. In executing this document, I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statement made by the Releasees, other than what set forth in this agreement.

Minor Participants:
As parent or guardian of The Participant, I am signing this document on behalf of my minor child and agree to be specifically bound to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. I have read the agreement, fully understand the terms herein, understand that I have given up substantial right by signing this, am aware of its legal consequence, and have signed this document freely and voluntarily without inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me. I intend my signature to be complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and further agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless Releasee.
