Iron & Earth is developing a 5-10 day wind training program, customized for upskilling fossil fuel industry and Indigenous workers into the wind energy industry. The training program will be entirely mobile, allowing us to bring the training to communities that need it the most and will include vital hands-on experience.

We are now hiring Subject Matter Experts who will assist us in the development of the wind program. The Wind Subject Matter Experts will work with a team of other subject matter experts, an Instructional Designer and a Graphic Designer to design and develop the training program.

We are looking for a wind turbine technician and others with extensive experience in the wind industry to help make these programs among the best in the world.
