Many of you have asked if you can just donate extra gear cluttering up your space and never see it again. We listened, and this is the form for you! On the other hand, if you're looking to sell items at the event, please use this form instead:

Items donated will be sold for a nominal amount (sticks & skates $10, everything else $5) to cover the cost of the event. Equipment remaining after the event may be used for future NYH initiatives or donated to charity. You will NOT get back any equipment that doesn't sell.
Please also note that this is the first time we've tried this. If we have an overwhelming response, we may need to cap donations or find a better way to support the giving nature of our hockey community. To help us plan the logistics, we ask that you let us know below what you plan on donating.
Once you have filled out this form, equipment can be dropped off at 518 Chestnut Street anytime prior to August 6th. Alternatively, you can bring them to the event on August 7th prior to 6pm. When dropping it off, please mark the bag with your name and/or email address so that it can be matched to your submissions below. And of course, please be a good neighbor and wash your equipment before donating it.
