Terms & Conditions
1)Applicants of Giveaway must be Singapore citizens or PR or persons working or residing in Singapore with a minimum age of 21.
2)Each mother can ONLY register for one Gift Pack and must satisfy the eligibility requirement at the point of registration.
3)Duplicate registration, inaccurate, or incomplete registration will be voided and will not be entertained.
4)Entrants must be an expecting mother upon registration.
5)Only mummies in their pregnancy between 13 - 35 weeks upon registration are eligible for the gift.
6)Please present your gynae card or Singapore Identification Card and the person must be the entrant herself upon the collection of Gift Pack
7)Photos may be taken upon gift collection and may be featured on printed advertising materials and or media channels including but not limited to social media sites.
8)The redeemed gift is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
9)Gifts are subject to availability while stock lasts.
10)There will be a 45-minute sharing session by Financial Advisory Consultant, an authorised representative of Financial Alliance Pte Ltd. Gift items will be Collected at Financial Alliance Pte Ltd Office at The Gateway West, 150 Beach Rd, #12-01/08, Singapore 189720
11) It will take minimum 14 working days for the delivery for virtual meetings.
12) Each entrant agrees that by her participation in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
13) The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms.
14) Incomplete and incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms or rules for entry will automatically be disqualified.
15) Entrant of this campaign will be contacted via Mobile for collection of Gift Pack if valid entries are received.
16) Both husband and wife have to be present for the sharing for the delivery of the box to happen.
17) Each mummy is only allowed to redeem 1 Mums Gift pack be it from whichever redemption channel (For eg: Facbook, Instagram etc )
Privacy Disclosure:
a) By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bounded by the terms and conditions, including as to how your personal data may/will be collected, used, disclosed and processed by Financial Alliance as stated below.
b) You also agree to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of any events and activities for the purpose stated above and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of the events and activities. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted and in publicity materials, including websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of Financial Alliance. Financial Alliance Pte Ltd representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of these interviews, recordings, photographs, videotapes or films, and/or any reproductions of same in any form, as described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photographed, videotaped or filmed.
c) The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable Financial Alliance Pte Ltd and their related sponsor parties to contact you for possible future marketing related activities.
d) Financial Alliance Pte Ltd may collect, retain, use, disclose and transfer your personal data which are necessary for the purpose of providing information to all relevant third parties bounded by confidentiality agreements, undertakings or obligations, including but not limited to Financial Alliance Pte Ltd sponsors and partners. Under no circumstance will we sell, rent or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.
e) Please note that your contact details will be given to Financial Advisory Consultant, an authorised representative of Financial Alliance Pte L9 seetd (Reg. No. 199307144W.) for the purpose of gift bag redemption. During redemption, you will be required to attend a 45-minute sharing session conducted by an Financial Advisory Consultant from Financial Alliance Pte Ltd.
