Thanks to the collective efforts of students, staff and families carefully implementing new safety protocols,  we've had four successful weeks of Band Camp and Marching Band Rehearsals.  As the 2020 Marching Band season evolves with the impact of COVID-19, there are changes to the competitive schedule, student experiences and fees.   As was shared Friday, August 7th, the Marching Band is committed to offering outstanding student experiences throughout the balance of season.  The new plan includes the continued development of The Invited Marching Band Show leading up to three showcase student performances.

 We hope all students continue with the season as we work together to deliver a dynamic show and student opportunities.  

As with all events in this COVID-19 era, our schedule and performance opportunities could be impacted by current district, Warren County and Ohio health guidelines.  We will continue to adjust our schedule to follow all applicable health guidelines and our own COVID-19 Safety Protocols.   The revised financial obligations are noted below and reflect the updated plan.   Please note after 8/11, there will not be further fee refunds because the funds will be invested in providing the student opportunities for the season.  

We invite each student/family to recommit to the balance of the season.  All students are required to complete this form to share their commitment by Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
