We know in our minds that "the earth is the Lord's and all that is in it," including the church properties with which we are entrusted. But figuring out how to love both God and Neighbor with these spaces can feel overwhelming and complicated. Let's eat lunch together and dig into how we steward God's property.

Determine how your unique church property might be useful for loving your city
Consult with experienced church-based affordable housing developers
Hear from other local churches who are leveraging their property in ways that love their neighbor and their congregation
Learn about resources to help your congregation shift from NIMBY (not in my backyard) to YIGBY (Yes! in God's backyard)
Learn about other non-housing related ways your church can maximize your location and space
