Hindu Heritage Day 2023 - Storytelling Contest Registration Form
This Storytelling Contest about HINDU HERITAGE is for Youth 18 and under from the six New England States in USA.  Winners will be given prizes at the Hindu Heritage Day (Hindu Parampara Divas) to be celebrated on Sat May 20th, 2023 in Marlborough Middle School between 3 and 8 PM.  Please fill this form to register your child for the contest.  
A video of duration under 5 minutes will need to be submitted.  It must be primarily in English although quotes from Sanskrit or other languages can be used.  Detailed rules are available at https://boston.vhp-america.org/hhd23/storytelling.

Disclaimer and Terms
- I want to register my child/ward for Storytelling Contest conducted by Vishwa Hindu Parishad of America (VHPA) on the occasion of Hindu Heritage Day 2023 (detailed guidelines/rules available on Boston.vhp-america.org/hhd23/storytelling website).  

- It is open only to youth 18 and under from the six New England States.  

- I hereby give permission to publish the entry by my child/ward on public forums such as YouTube, Facebook.  I shall hold harmless VHPA or any of its affiliates from any consequences thereof.

- I also agree that the decision of the judges appointed by VHPA in awarding any prizes shall be final.
Important Dates
Register for the contest as early as possible (no entry fee).
Entries must be sent to organizers by 11:59 PM on Mon May 1st, 2023.
