It's the most wonderful time of the year - time to sign up for the Keepers of Eniv Secret Santa Art Exchange!
Sign ups end on November 17th, 2023 at 11:59pm PST, so be sure to fill out the form before then!
The deadline for turning in your finished piece is December 25th, 2023 at 11:59pm.
How to Sign Up and Participate
Just fill out the form below with a link to your Enivi's profile and any other information about the Enivi you'd like to include.
On November 18th, 2023 Tony will send out the assigned parts via Discord (you must be in the server to participate!).
Periodic reminders will go out through the month to help our members stay on track. If you know you won't be able to finish your piece, please let us know as soon as possible. If you've started and don't mind finishing your piece as a collab with one of our Reindeer, send that over as well. If you haven't started but know you won't get around to it, it's better we know sooner so our Reindeer can get something finished quicker than later where the other person will be kept waiting.
Art Expectations
The expected art for this event is a colored sketch bust. If you choose to be generous and do more, that's up to you, but the required amount is a colored sketch of the Enivi's chest and head. There are no background requirements.
Please note that this is a gift giving event! Art style and skill level are not taken into account at all, and this is meant to be for fun. There is to be no complaining about your received gift unless you believe the person who made yours created it well below their own art quality, in which case you should contact Tony directly on Discord, and not bring it up in public!
Santa's Reindeer
Santa's Reindeer are backup artists who will create pieces for people who did not receive their half of the exchange by January 1st, 2024.
The deadline for a Reindeer to create their piece will be January 15th, 2024, with the same requirements (color sketch of the head and chest of the Enivi).
Reindeer will be awarded a special thanks for their help and the 2024 Reindeer Award on their profile upon completion of their Reindeer part (not their own personal Secret Santa exchange).
Rewards
Everyone who completes their half of the exchange will, of course, get awesome artwork from one another of their Enivi.
They'll also get a special gift from Keepers of Eniv and the Secret Santa 2023 Award for their user profile.
