The CTC offered is 3-3.6 LPA
Training Stipend : Performance based upto 12,000.
Salary on Job : Rs 22,000 + Performance Based Incentives (CTC 3-3.6L)

Preferring candidates who have worked in leadership roles in college fests and college organisations.
Process :
1. Shortlisting through CV. (Students with extra curricular activities with an inclination towards management preferred)
2. 3 Rounds of Interviews
The Job Role Includes :
1. Recruitment and Training of Interns from Universities across the country.
2. Partnering with Universities / Colleges and Schools to drive Ulearn programs.
3. Following up on leads generated from Marketing.
4. Market Research.
5. Leading Expansions in New Markets.
6. Other job roles as per the requirement of the company.
