For this particular survey, please do not complete this form if you're an e-commerce retailer with a studio or sell from home.

What is your total retail square footage? *
Measure your retail space by length and width in feet, and multiply. For example, if your retail area is 30 x 50 feet, this is a total of 1500 square feet. When calculating, be sure to only include the square footage of your retail area, where customers shop (do not include a back office, hallways, storage rooms or basements)
What is your Sales Per Square Foot? To calculate: take your TOTAL revenue (for one year, 12 months) divided by your retail area in square feet.  If you haven't been open a full year, wait until you have one year of revenue before you complete this survey, thanks!) *
NOTE: When calculating, only include the square footage of your retail area (do not include a back office, storage or basement areas). ie. $100,000 / 1000 square feet = $100 SPSF
Did you calculate your SPSF using a FULL YEAR of sales/revenue? If you didn't please grab your total revenue for the past 12 months to calculate your SPSF and enter that in question #2 above. *
Are you in a high foot traffic area? *
For example: a metropolitan downtown area, a tourist area with people constantly walking by, a main street.
Are 1/3 or more of your products, higher-end/margin items? ie. furniture,  jewelry or apparel over $100,  home decor accessories over $150, etc. *
Is your store in an area that has an Apple Store or other high end stores nearby (within 1/4 mile)? *
How many years has your brick and mortar retail store been open? *
