Community of Practice Application for Transition and Employment Designees 2021-2022

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Student-Centered Transition Network's first Community of Practice for Transition and Employment Designees (TED). This Community of Practice will consist of two TEDs per Education Service Center. Your input will be used to provide feedback in enhancing the role of the TED across Texas. We also welcome your input to help create, review, and improve resources created by the Student-Centered Transitions Network (SCTN).

This group will have 4 required meetings per year from 1:00-3:00 PM on the following dates:
September 22, 2021
November 17, 2021
February 28, 2022
May 18, 2022

Interested applicants will need to submit evidence of a training, resource, or product that you created to support student transition success. Please submit to sandye.cox@region10.org.

Applications must be submitted no later than September 3, 2021.

Participate in activities involving the new TED Guidelines

Participate in review of drafted revisions to the TED Training Modules

Present new tools at regional or state conferences in partnership with the SCTN
