Health Sector: International Patient Coordinator
  • Experienced or inexperienced candidates with long-term goals to be trained.
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of a second foreign language (German or French) is preferred.
  • Graduates from the Translation and Interpretation department will be given priority and will be checked.
  • Having scored at least 75 points in the E-YDS or YDS English Exam (canditates with requested stats will be given priority and will be tested).
  • Proficient in Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills over the phone to extend patient portfolio.
  • Persuasive and marketing-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-confidence the ability to follow up, and a high level of comfort with computer applications, data entry accuracy, and speed are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Successful in human relations, patient, and positive.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Ability to take on work responsibilities.
  • Presentable appearance.
