To be a part in the mentoring you apply as a team. That means you are entering the program with 2-5 people. With that step we want to ensure that...
...your team attends all formats you enroll - Note: Not EVERY team member HAVE TO attend one format. But at least one team member should attend the formats you enroll to.
... your are able to execute your plans together
... you can ensure a good knowledge transfer within the organisation and work sustainable.
If your team should contain more than 5 people, please write the contact details of the additional team-members at the free text in the end.
By application you will get a mentor for a monthly and individual mentoring session. Furthermore you can choose in this form which further formats you want to attend.
For the mentoring preparation we provide you with sessions that we would like to have you attending. So please save the dates if you are applying to become a mentee team :
28th of March from 6-8pm CET - Mentee Training - online
29th of March from 6-7pm CET - Kick-Off - online
Between 01st of April and 31st of October: 1 Mentoring-Session a month about 1,5-2h with your mentor.
