Do you agree to the following Conditions of Working Together?  Confidentiality: Both Josephine “Jōs” Hanan and the Client understand the sensitive nature of communication and topics discussed, it is all to be treated as highly confidential unless otherwise agreed upon or prohibited by law.Client Responsibility: •Be on time to coaching sessions, because Jōs has other clients and will need to end the session on-time unless agreed upon otherwise. That means, if you are late, your session will be cut short as a rule of thumb.• If you are running late, let Jōs know you are still coming and by when   •If rescheduling needs to occur, please give Jōs 1 week notice and proactively look at your calendar and anticipate vacations, etc.  •Complete any agreed-upon assignments in a timely basis and proactively communicate if the schedule has been pushed back.  Please note that incomplete agreements will affect the entire project completion schedule, and Jōs’ ability to support you. *
Do you agree to the following? The Client hereby acknowledges that they are aware that a coaching/consulting relationship is not psychological counseling or therapy of any kind. Injury, pathology, or psychological therapies need to be received by a professional Doctor. The client agrees to hold the consultant harmless and free from all liability for any actions or results, adverse conditions, or situations created as a direct or indirect result of a referral or other advice obtained.   *
