British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin along with its partners has formed an 'Alliance for Equality in Healthcare Professions' to undertake a broad-based overview of differential attainment and find evidence-based, best-practice solutions to tackle this. This work is planned with national and international experts and is included in '2020 Thematic Series on Tackling DA'. The output will be in the form of consensus recommendations presented as a 'rainbow paper' Bridging the Gap in 2021.
The first step in this process is to develop a consensus on what is the impact of the DA on our stakeholders (people who are affected by DA, their peers, and institutions responsible for the careers or assessments).
Hence, this thematic analysis depends on you, your personal experience, your perceptions, and interventions that you may think will help to solve this problem.
We plan to capture your opinions anonymously through this questionnaire. You can also use this form to tell us if you are indeed interested to be part of this process.
