In 2024, the Project DME will present the 3rd edition of the Immersive Festival, an annual event dedicated to acousmatic music that will highlight the two dome-shaped sound systems in Lisboa Incomum space. This is a system made up of loudspeakers arranged in space, enveloping the audience in a dome, allowing a deep perception of the Space in Music parameter, in an immersion of a flow of sounds and movements.
The festival will take place from 22 to 24 March, promoting composition seminars and concerts within the immersive theme. On all three days, all the concerts will take place at 7:30 p.m. The guest composers will be
Åke Parmerud (Sweden),
Thomas Gorbach (Austria),
Enrique Mendoza Mejia (Mexico) and
Julien Guillamat (France).
All concerts are
free of charge, subject to booking by emailing
lisboaincomum@gmail.com.
The composition seminars with the four composers require prior registration by 10 March, at a cost of
20 euros each, and if you register for all of them, the
total cost is
50 euros. Our team will contact you to make the payment as soon as we receive your enrollment.
