Baby&You relax and stretch baby yoga 8weeks to crawling.
These sessions are a perfect addition to baby massage. Connecting though all the senses, babies will be stretched, touched, exercised and relaxed.
Sessions are around one hour long.
 Mums will enjoy gentle stretching to ease tired muscles, the babies will be introduced to yoga stretches and time with sensory play.
There will be refreshments available also.
6sessions to be used within 9weeks cost £45 sessions will break during school holidays, but will run concurrently throughout the year



There have been a few adjustments due to covid-19.
1) where I used to provide all sensory equipment for the babies to share; each family will now be issued with their own sensory bag, these can be purchased for you to keep at £10 or rented for your entire course for £5, these will be returned for me on your graduation to sterilise and pass on to the next family.
2) hand sanitizer will be available for you on entering and exiti of the building.
3)spaces will be further limited to allow for social distance between families.
4) any sickness absence to be reported to me, and please stay home with any symptoms of covid-19
5) please bring your own cups for refreshments during class.
6) please provide your own blanket for your baby to lay on.
