We are excited to announce we are now accepting registration forms for our 2023 Spring Football Program! Our Spring Program is for U13 (Grades 5-6) and U15 (Grades 7-8). For all players that register by midnight March 31, 2023, please take $25 off registration fees.
*All early bird registrations will have their names put into a draw and one lucky winner will receive their 2023 Spring Football fees back*

Equipment Deposit $100
Deposit cheques will be cashed if equipment is missing, damaged, or returned late.
Equipment Fitting will be held during the 5th practice.

By registering in the program consent is given to use images/videos of players on social media and/or MMF website. Consent can be revoked at anytime in writing to MMF.
PLAYERS ARE NOT TO HAND IN ANYTHING TO COACHES. THERE WILL BE A CONTAINER PROVIDED AT EVERY PRACTICE FOR ANY FORMS/PAYMENTS, PLEASE PUT IN AN ENVELOPE OR ZIPLOC BAG LABELLED WITH PLAYERS NAME.
