Hello Ohio Democrats! Thank you for stepping up to run for office.

Please complete this form to register for a August 28, 2021 training with Ohio Democratic Party's Main Street Initiative, brought to you by LEAD Ohio PAC. It will take place on Zoom from 9 AM to 4 PM (with plenty of breaks!). Following the completion and review of this survey, which helps organizers customize the training, you will receive a link to the online event.

Our goal is to provide the tools necessary so that Democrats can run successful campaigns! This session is targeted at those candidates who are running for office this fall. It will focus on how candidates can maximize the next few months and win on Election Day: mastering stump speeches, tips on fundraising for immediate needs, ramping up communications and digital activity, responding to attacks, GOTV and direct voter contact, and other topics. It is also appropriate for staff and volunteers helping with races this fall.

If you’re just beginning to think about running for office, or want to run in 2022 or another year, this is not the right training for you. If you have not yet turned in petitions, then it is too late for this year. But don’t worry: we’ll soon announce other Main Street programs for those earlier in the process and thinking about next year.
