I understand the legal consequences of agreeing to these terms, including (a) releasing Andy Monfre d/b/a Monfre Basketball and Performance Max LLC ("Monfre Basketball") District from all liability on my and my son’s behalf, (b) waiving my and my son's right to sue Monfre Basketball, (c) and assuming all risks of my son’s participation in this basketball activity.
