Join our newest therapy group Liberate, facilitated by Ammie Kae, LSW. In this 4 Week Group, we will use films like Crooklyn and Eye's Bayou to identify and explore intergenerational traumas and our community's intergenerational strengths. Through knowledge and coping strategies, we will find liberation in our own lives and as a community of Black women.

Liberate is an ideal group for women impacted by generational trauma and family stress and are seeking a healing community of support.

 Ages 18+ required to be a part of Liberate.

This is a closed group and takes place on Tuesdays starting March 17th and ends on April 7th. Group starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 8:30 PM.

We provide a refreshments at each session

All groups are facilitated by Sista Afya’s Therapist, Ammie Kae, LSW

Cost: $25/per session - $100 for all 4 sessions
