The proposed club must be supervised at ALL times by a teacher, staff member or parent.
- Clubs are held once a week from 3:05-4:00pm, and last 8 - 9 weeks.
- Club supervisors can be reimbursed for materials cost, after getting approval from administration.
- Employees can supervise as many clubs as they would like.
- Clubs can be held in a classroom or outside with a contingency plan if there is inclement weather. Clubs may also be held in the gym upon request. These requests will be granted in the order received. If days coincide a weekday change may be requested.
- If the club supervisor is absent, it is their responsibility to find a replacement supervisor for that day or to contact each parent of the club participants and provide a day to reschedule. If a substitute is provided, it is up to the club supervisor to remunerate the substitute.
- A completed proposal must be submitted by December 1st to be included in this round of clubs.
-Session # 1 - January 30th - March 27 (no clubs the week of Parent Teacher Conferences 2/13 - 2/17/23).
