•Patient and/or patient party has been informed that this package only offers consultation with nurse and doctor as per the timing decided by the Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences and its doctors. Medicines and appliances included in our other two packages will not be included in this one. •Patient and/or patient party will get only nurses and doctor's consult according to assigned schedules. •Patient and/or patient party is responsible for acquiring the appliances suggested by the doctor for their virtual monitoring. •Patient and/or patient party is responsible for acquiring the medicines prescribed by the doctor as per the treatment requirement. •Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, its employees including doctors will not be held and are not responsible if the patient and/or patient party fails to acquire proper appliances and medicines as per doctors' advice. •Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, its employees including doctors will provide consultation solely based on the electronic and verbal information provided by the patient and/or patient party. •Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, its employees including doctors will not be held responsible for any error reported by the patient and /or patient party which may lead to misjudgment and/ or mistreatment of the patient's condition. *
