Every year we receive dozens of inquiries about the possibility of becoming staff on Yifei Nof. We are a small, unique program, and we only seek a few highly qualified staff members each year.
We seek girls in their mid-20s with life experience beyond school. Our counselors are fun and outgoing, but also mature and responsible. Our counselors are adept at generating achdus amongst our diverse group of campers, maintaining positivity and a growth-oriented mindset, and helping teenage campers navigate challenges. In addition to the overall camp atmosphere and connection to the girls, we require our staff to pitch in to help with the logistical details of an outdoor travel camp. We seek "doers", staff who see a need and jump in to help. We ask our staff to assist in the planning of games and activities, and we look for staff who show initiative. Of course, we seek counselors who will be role models for our campers and girls who are deep and serious about their relationships with Hashem.
