This is a registration form for your contribution and attendance at the 21st Annual conference of Czech Association of Geomorphologists. All announcements and updates can be found at https://www.geomorfologie.cz

The conference fee includes conference services (conference rooms, one conference dinner, coffee breaks, information materials, excursion). Participants paying in CZK may use online payment gateway:
Standard fee (non-members): 2500 CZK (100 EUR): Standard fee payment
Reduced fee (CAG members): 2200 CZK (90 EUR): Reduced fee payment
Those paying in other currency will be provided with an invoice upon the registration and shall use a bank transfer.

Accommodation shall be arranged individually by participants. The Hotel Širák (https://www.hotel-sirak.cz/cs) is a conference venue, but it has a limited capacity (ca 50 persons; prize varies between 1200-1600 CZK per person, incl. breakfast). Other accommodation facilities are located nearby.

Meals will be ordered and paid individually on site, but we request preliminary information on your plans, so we can infom the Hotel facility about approximate numbers of dinners and lunches and specific dietary requirements.

Presentations - please note that only corresponding (hereby understood as presenting) authors fill in the titles, authors and abstracts of their presentations. Other participants use this registration only for payment and organizational purposes, but without filling in presentation details. 

The conference is organised jointly by Department of Geography, J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem; Institute of Rock Structure and Mechanics, Czech Academy of Sciences, v.v.i., Prague; Brown Coal Research Institute, Inc., Most; and under the auspices of Czech Association of Geomorphologists
and Czech Geographical Society
