To form a Chapter of Love on a Leash® you must:

♥︎  Have a Chapter Leader who has been a Love on a Leash® member in good standing for a minimum of one year.
♥︎  Consist of four (4) or more additional certified Love on a Leash® teams.
♥︎  Have a minimum of one (1) established regular visit.
