Indoor Booth Registration Varied Industries                      July 10 - 14, 2024
Dear Exhibitor,

I would like to THANK YOU for displaying at the Adair County Fair in the past or possibly adding to our displays this year.   Please fill out the form below to reserve a booth in the Varied Industries building this year.

The Varied Industries building will be open for set up all day Tuesday, July 9 and Wednesday, July 10.  You will need to bring your own tables and chairs.  The spaces are approximately 8x10 feet and do include an electrical outlet.  The Adair County Fair Board would like all exhibits in place for the public by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.  Wednesday evening activities are all in the courtyard area outside the Varied Industries Buildings and do draw a good crowd.   Booth fee is free for in county residents or providers that serve Adair County and $25 for out of county residents.

The fair board would like to emphasize that ALL VENDORS & VENDOR WORKERS ARE EXPECTED AND REQUIRED TO PAY GATE ADMISSION.    You can purchase advanced discounted tickets good for any fair day for $8 each only through July 9th. Discounted tickets will NOT be available at the gate.   Individuals without a ticket will be charged full admission beginning Wednesday morning.

The Varied Industries Building hours are:
Wednesday, July 10 until @ 8 p.m. 
Thurs. July 11 thru Sat. July 13 - 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Sun. July 14 - 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.  

It is up to you if you want to attend or “man” your booth the entire time or just leave the display and materials out (the Adair County Fair Board is not responsible for items left unattended).  Buildings are closed and locked up each evening.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email or call.
