Eligibility

To be eligible for a Scholarship or Financial Aid from Encore Academy, students must demonstrate a desire to be a part of a performing arts-based program.

Application Deadline

Returning Encore families may begin to apply February 1st, 2024. Priority is given to completed and verified applications that are received on or before March 1st. New families may begin to apply March 1st. Aid and scholarship award applications will remain open dependent upon the availability of funds.

Award Distribution

Aid and scholarship notifications will be sent out beginning March 15th. Funds awarded are for use during the 2024/2025 school year. Award expires if Academy Registration for the 2024/2025 school year is not completed within 14 days of award notification.

Amount

Annual tuition obligation can be reduced up to $3000 depending upon your financial aid/scholarship application if awarded. Financial aid, tuition reduction and scholarship awards are based on a variety of factors such as:

  • Financial Need
  • Parent ability to volunteer and participate at events throughout the year
  • Willingness to participate in fundraisers
  • Multiple child enrollment
  • Desire to participate in a performing arts private school
