2025 Eureka! Fiber in the Ozarks Vendor Application

You've found it! It's fiber right here in the heart of the Ozarks at the Eureka Springs Community Center Friday and Saturday March 14th and 15th, 2025. The event will be open to the public to shop and explore the world of fiber arts Friday and Saturday. Classes will be offered on Thursday (3/13), Friday (3/14), and Saturday (3/15). See our separate application for classes.

Friday, March 14th- Classes 9am-4pm and Vendor Marketplace 12pm-6pm

Saturday, March 15th- Classes 9am-4pm and Vendor Marketplace 9am-4pm

Eureka Springs is a beautiful Ozarks mountain Victorian village that hosts thousands of tourists each year. Last year we had vendors from 10 states and quite a long waiting-list, so get your application in early!

Our early-bird deadline will be July 15th, 2024. Applications received before July 15th will receive early-bird pricing and priority for acceptance.

Set up time for booths will be available on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, time TBD. We ask that all vendors be set up and ready by vending start time on Friday at 12pm and remain set up until the festival concludes on Saturday at 4pm. Don't forget to send in a few pictures of your products/booth to share if you are a new vendor!

We'll be accepting applications throughout the year, but after November 6th, 2024 we will accept vendors on a case by case basis if space is available. You will be notified about your booth space and invoices sent beginning November 6th.

Vendors who participated in the 2024 festival will be given preference, but you MUST fill out this form to be accepted as a vendor at Eureka! Fiber in the Ozarks. You will get an email when you complete this form. If you did not get a confirmation email with your responses, your application was not received, please try again.

Sales Tax - You do not have to have an Arkansas sales tax license. We will be providing a form for you to remit sales tax through our event. This will work if you do have an Arkansas sales tax license as well.

Each booth space is $90 for a 10 ft x 10 ft in an indoor, heated area. You must choose if you need a table or electricity below or they may not be available. (Complete your application before July 15th for the early bird rate) *

NEW - 10x5 Half Booth (6 available) - ($50 -- $45 before July 15th)

10x10 indoor space ($90 --- $80 before July 15th)

10x20 indoor space (10 available) ($180 -- $160 before July 15th )

1 table - free, one per applicant, very limited, bring your own if possible

2 chairs (for planning purposes please mark if you will need chairs for your booth space, we have plenty of chairs)
