The Riverside High School Athletic Hall of Fame was established to formally honor the memory and contributions of the many outstanding accomplishments of former students, staff, athletes, coaches, and supporters. The Hall of Fame serves as a symbol of our appreciation of the excellence, honor, and devotion displayed by these celebrated individuals and teams.

NOMINATION AND SELECTION PROCESS:
1. A maximum of three individuals will be inducted into the Hall of Fame during any given school year.
2. Any individual with a demonstrated interest in the Riverside Jr/Sr High School may submit a nomination. An individual may NOT nominate himself or herself for induction.
3. All nominations will be presented to the selection committee on a yearly basis.
4. The selection committee shall consist of the high school principal, high school vice principal, athletic director, booster club board members, and ASB officers
5. To be approved for induction, a candidate must receive unanimous support from the selection committee.

INDUCTION/NOMINATION CRITERIA:
1. Past student nominees will be eligible for induction ten years after graduation.
2. Employee’s, volunteers, and community members are eligible to be considered upon nomination.
3. The nominee must have contributed to Riverside Jr/Sr High School for a minimum of two years and be a graduate, employee or major contributor to Riverside Jr/Sr High School.
4. The nominee must have conducted himself/herself in such a way as to reflect honor on the school and must have exhibited those qualities of character and standards of conduct consistent with their status as a role model to the community. Riverside Jr/Sr High School reserves the right to remove any individual from the Hall of Fame for personal conduct, which reflects discredit upon the school.

2. Individual award recognition on the state or national level while at Riverside, or while in college
3. Significant contributions/dedication to Riverside over years of time
4. Outstanding/significant accomplishments after graduating from Riverside
