The team's likely practice days and times include Saturdays from 10a-12p in Catonsville, MD. More exact details will be provided to those who complete this form. The days we have fields available are: March 23, March 30, April 6, April 13, April 27. Youth interested in competing are also encouraged to join the HoCo clinic (or their local league/clinic if one is available to them) so they are getting touches and playing more than once/week. If there is interest in this team, but Saturdays are not practical, then we are open to hearing what WOULD work. There is a place in the form below to indicate that.
The two tournaments this spring will be on Sunday, April 21, and Sunday May 5 in Reston, VA. We will also be putting out feelers to other teams to host our own local tournament in MD in late May or early June. Additionally, there is a middle school team in Silver Spring we will try to arrange one competitive game/scrimmage with.
The cost for playing competitively will be $12 for the cost of all practices, plus the cost of tournament bid fees (likely around $15/tournament per individual). We may also order jerseys, which would be an additional cost. As you can see this will not be as expensive as other competitive youth sports. We do ask that you only complete this form for your child if they are motivated and want to learn and play ultimate competitively, and will have good availability to make all or most practices and the tournaments.
