Artist's Bash Workshop Contract
Artist’s Bash • 3rd Annual Event

Workshop Space Available:
- 10x10 outdoor space for $50

Electricity  
- If you need electricity, there will be $25 fee charged on top of vendor space fee. You will be sharing a generator with another person. You are more than welcome to bring your own electricity, but please no diesel or gas generators. Electricity is very limited; we only have 10 spots available.  

Each vendor will receive an event packet the day of event. This packet will include the map & a workshop vendor lanyard. As a token of our appreciation, Dynamic Pawz will create a merch item for each vendor. 

This contract is for workshop vendors only. 

Workshop members will be given:

- 10x10 outdoor, vendor space (with or without electricity)

- workshop lanyard w/ event map

- Advertisement through paid ads, digital flyers, flyer handouts, social media spotlight posts, signs, etc.

- A merch item created by Dynamic Pawz as a token of our appreciation

You must provide your own canopy, canopy weights, tables, & anything else you need for your set up. *
Please do not set up your canopy without weights. Please do not set up your canopy, then leave your canopy unattended to receive your weights from your vehicle. Please have your canopy weights & all other items/belongings you need before you set up your canopy. This is put in place to keep everyone around you safe!  *
If your canopy breaks someone else’s items/belongings or injures someone, you are responsible for the bills/fees associated with the incident. Insurance is not required for this event but is suggested. *
If your booth is not set up by 11am on event day, you agree to forfeit your vendor space & booth fee. We are not allowing booths to be set up after the event begins. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time. *
Please do not pack up your booth before 6pm. If you can not stay the entire event, please do not apply. Music acts & all other activities will close at 6pm.  *
If you can no longer attend, you can receive 80% of your vendor fee back until July 15. After July 15, there will be no refunds on booth fee if you cannot attend. In the circumstance that the event is canceled by Dynamic Pawz, you will receive 100% of your booth fee within 30 days of the cancelation. *
No sharing of space. Every vendor must sign contract to vend at Artist’s Bash. *
Spaces are a first come, first serve in each art category. We will update when we are full on candles, jewelry, paintings, etc. You must submit vendor payment at the end of this application to be considered for a vendor space at Artist's Bash. *
Can you provide any raffles items OR items for the Kids Treat Bags? These goodie bags will be handed out to children only until supplies run out.

Some ideas for goodie bags are stickers, candy, coupons, toys. etc

If you would like to provide candy or any activities at your booth, you are more than welcome to! This is a community event & we love finding different ways to interact with the public!  *
