Mutant vehicle owners/crews must abide by all Element 11 policies. This includes but is not limited to the
Mutant Vehicle Policy,
Sound Policy,
Laser Policy, and
Fire Policy Please read and understand all policies prior to completing the application.
This year, we are implementing a more thorough inspection process to ensure vehicles are safe for participants and the environment, and meet the criteria for a mutated vehicle. Mutant vehicles must be inspected on site at the event BEFORE they are driven, with the exception of driving to the EMV inspection area. All accepted mutant vehicles will receive an email closer to the event with more details about this process. This inspection is the second step in bringing your vehicle to the event.
The final step is displaying a EMV registration sticker on your vehicle once it's been inspected. Failure to complete these steps will result in vehicles being parked for the duration of the event. Vehicles that are not registered, and those that do not fit the definition of a mutated vehicle will not be allowed to operate.
Please note that unmutated vehicles are allowed for participants with legitimate mobility issues. If you wish to bring a mobility vehicle, you still must register it using this form.
