Parent Survey: Remote Learning Reflection and Thoughts on Reopening
Dear Parents and Guardians,

This survey is anonymous and no personally identifiable information will be published. There are two main parts of the survey:  the first part looks ahead to when the school reopens and asks for your opinion about possible best practices and thoughts to help ensure a safe, educational, and smooth reopening.

The second part is a review of the past semester when students are learning primarily from home and/or online, including what worked well from your perspective as a parent and what did not work well. We would appreciate it if you complete the survey no later than February 5, 2021.

Thank you for your time.
