Please indicate those who will be attending the main worship service and those children that will be attending Grow Zone or Seedlings (Grow Zone is a children ministry program for children in grades JK-5 and Seedlings is for children aged 0-JK. Children  will be checked in upon entry and will be dropped off upon arrival and picked up at the end of the service. All COVID19 guidelines will be followed and proper social distancing and protocols will be put in place to keep every child safe and healthy).
