We seek your cooperation in a survey within the EU’s Erasmus+ KA3 project titled “GrowINg” co-funded by European Commission.

“GrowINg – SMEs Growth and Innovation through Learning at the Workplace” aims to create, test and mainstream innovative solutions for lifelong learning of adults at the workplace, allowing the assessment and development of employees’ entrepreneurial skills through a holistic approach to career guidance strategies in SMEs.  

Thus, this questionnaire presents a series of questions related to the career guidance and learning at the workplace opportunities available at small and medium size enterprises as well as questions about main driving factors and challenges enterprises are experiencing while implementing personal and professional development strategies.

Please answer all the questions. The questionnaire should not take longer than 15- 20 minutes. We would be glad to make the results of the questionnaire available to you. If you so request it, the processed results will be e-mailed to you.
