By registering to the conference you authorizes the processing of personal data pursuant to  Regulation EU n. 679/2016 to receive informative and institutional e-mails from CNR-ISMAR as data controller that collects and processes personal data also with automated means. These data will be used only within the marGnet project and they will not not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated. Please remind that you can exercise your rights to update, rectify, integrate, delete, block the data processed in violation of the law by contacting the CNR-ISMAR directly. At any time you can ask to be removed from the list of recipients by notifying it by any means to margnet.prj@gmail.com.

By giving your authorization you agree that CNR-ISMAR shall acquire the right to use your photography, video recording, and/or audio recording in reporting on the workshop and workshop-related events in their publications or website, publicly for future conferences of marGnet project. The CNR-ISMAR may use and release pictures and shots taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, parts of presentations) during the workshop, for reports of the workshop and announcement of events in the future free of charge and without the further consent of the participants.
