Your Full Name *
ORGANIZATION DETAILS
Tenant Name? *
Provide the full name of your organization or school district. When the user logs in, this will appear on the drop-down list of tenant names available to that user.
Short Name? *
"Specify the short name for your login url. Example: https://tl.gooru.org/galt  Here, ""galt"" is the short name of the tenant." This is how your tenancy url will be created which your users will use to log in on Gooru Navigator
Do you require white labeling? *
Select if you would like to "white-label" your Navigator." White Labelling" allows you add your own logo now and brand colors when enabled later. Default is No.

If you select "yes" to enable white labelling in the previous question, please share a URL to view your logo here.
Do you require your own Tenant Library? *
Select if you would like to enable the creation of your custom library which will allow you to add your own content in your tenancy. The Math Navigator has complete content for Grade 2-High School and adding your own content is completely optional. Default is No.
What Hierarchy would you like to implement? *
Specify the hierarchy for your organization, this will used in the Mission Control to provide access and visualize the data of the learners. Examples: 1. US Schools: Country -> State -> School District -> School  2. India Schools: Block -> Cluster -> School

Specify how your users will access the app.
If Credential - What will the initial Default Password be?
If you are using Credential based login, specify a default password. This will be used while rostering (creating) users and can be changed later.
If Google SSO - What are the allowed domains?
What is the domain name of the email that your users will use for the login? Example: useremail@galt.edu. Here ""@galt.edu"" is the domain name.

Select the subject area your course covers.

Select the framework you will be using. (What standards will you be aligned to, you can also say "I don't know")
Enable Video Conference? *
Select if you wish to enable this feature which allows teachers to launch video conferencing using Google Meet during synchronous activities. Default is No.
Allow Multigrade Class (only for India)? *
Select whether Multigrade option should be enabled or not. Enabling this option will allow the teacher to manage classes of different grades from single class. Default is No.
How will we determine your learners' initial starting location for their learning journey? *
Minimum Mastery Score Percentage
What minimum percentage will students need to score on assessments to show that they have mastered a competency? This can be set at any percentage you designate.
Clear selection
Allow independent study? *
Select if you would like to allow your students to study in any of the courses in Navigator (these are open courses that are not directly associated with your tenancy).
Allow competency mastery on class activities? *
Select if you would like to enable competency measurement when students complete Class Activities. Enabling this will allow students to gain the mastery and show progress on their Skyline as they complete Class Activities successfully. Disabling this means that students can complete Class Activities but it will not have any affect on their Skyline progress.
Should a Personalized Learning Path cover gaps in a learner's profile? *
Specify whether to show gaps in Personalized Learning. Enabling this will allow students to fill in the gaps of their profile using the personalized learning path suggested by the system.
