Public Address Sign-Up for Montgomery County School Board Meeting

The Montgomery County School Board sets aside 30 minutes for public address. Should the Board vote to extend public address beyond 90 minutes, an additional 30 minute public address period will be added at the end of the business meeting.

Residents of Montgomery County, MCPS parents, MCPS students, and employees of MCPS may sign up to speak by completing the sign-in form below.

In-person participants may sign up at any time prior to the end of the public comment period.

Those participating in public address electronically (via phone) must submit the form 24 hours in advance of the meeting start time. Instructions for participation will be emailed after the signup is received.

Each speaker will have three minutes to address the board. Please indicate on the form below if you will speak to the Board in person or electronically via telephone.

Non-residents of Montgomery County should contact the board clerk at 540-382-5100 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in which they wish to speak. The School Board will vote on the participation of that resident at the meeting.
